NOTES: We used reduced fat cream cheese, but you can use fat free for even lower calories and fats. Or, use less graham crackers and berries for a lower carb version.
Berry Cheesecake Protein Parfaits
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
8 oz. nonfat plain Greek yogurt
35g Metabolic Nutrition Protizyme in Vanilla Cake
1/2 cup powdered sweetener
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
70g (4 sheets) crushed Graham cracker
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Directions:
In two mason jars, layer 1/4 cup each graham cracker, strawberries, cheesecake, graham cracker, blueberries, cheesecake, more berries to garnish.
Keep chilled until ready to eat. Best enjoyed the same day!
