As much as we love trail mix, it's not the best source of protein and portion control can be a challenge! Not anymore - these Trail Mix Protein Bars are packed with protein and the perfect size for your typical afternoon hike. These chewy bars have all the goods: dried fruit, seeds, coconut, and chocolate. Mmm!
NOTES: You can swap the almond butter for any nut or seed butter you like, and the sugar free pancake syrup for maple syrup or honey. Feel free to try other add-ins too, like pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, dried cranberries or blueberries, dried pineapple, on mini M&Ms.
