Looking for a healthier dessert that everyone will love? This No Bake Oreo Protein Cheesecake won't disappoint! It's lower in fat and sugar with some added protein, but still tastes like a decadent dessert.
NOTES: You can use reduced fat cream cheese instead of fat free, or use plain Greek yogurt with twice as much sweetener and vanilla. We used no sugar added vanilla yogurt.
No Bake Oreo Protein Cheesecake
Makes 8 servings
Ingredients:
1 store-bought Oreo pie crust
8 oz. fat free cream cheese, softened
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1-2 tbsp. sweetener (optional)
1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2 coops (70g) Metabolic Nutrition Protizyme in Vanilla Cake flavor
1 cup light whipped topping
9 mini Oreos, crushed
Toppings (optional):
9 mini Oreos, crushed
1 oz. dark chocolate, melted
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, yogurt, sweetener and vanilla in a blender or mix by hand.
Mix in protein powder until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping, then crushed Oreos.
Spread mixture over pie crust.
Place in the freezer for 1-2 hours or until chilled through.
Top with more crushed Oreos and melted chocolate if desired.
Leftovers will keep in freezer in an airtight container up to a month, or in the fridge up to a week.
