Ingredients
1/2 scoop @metabolicnutrition Vanilla Cake Protizyme (15g)
1/2 cup old fashioned oats (40g)
1/4 cup nonfat vanilla greek yogurt (64g)
1/2 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk (60ml)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Dash of salt
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients
- Add more/less liquid deepening on thickness desired
- Pour into Tupperware & Store in fridge overnight
- Top with your favorite fresh fruit and a dollop of whipped cream!
