OVERNIGHT OATS PROTEIN

Need a quick and easy breakfast in the morning? If you have just 5 minutes the night before, these Overnight Oats Protein are perfect for you! Mix them up and let sit in the fridge overnight. In the morning you have a hearty, protein filled breakfast ready to go.  We love topping them with fresh fruit! Try adding some nut butter or a few chocolate chips for #DessertVibes

Ingredients

1/2 scoop @metabolicnutrition Vanilla Cake Protizyme (15g)

1/2 cup old fashioned oats (40g)

1/4 cup nonfat vanilla greek yogurt (64g)

1/2 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk (60ml)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Dash of salt


Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients
  2. Add more/less liquid deepening on thickness desired
  3. Pour into Tupperware & Store in fridge overnight
  4. Top with your favorite fresh fruit and a dollop of whipped cream!
