INGREDIENTS
Crust:
2 1/2 T fat free cream cheese (45g)
5 graham cracker sheets (4 squares each) (75g)
Filling:
1 scoop @metabolicnutrition Peanut Butter Cookie (35g)
1 package sugar free fat free vanilla pudding mix (24g)
6 T fat free cream cheese (90g)
2 T powdered peanut butter (12g)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240ml)
Optional Topping: (not included in macros)
Melted dark chocolate chips
Peanut butter chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Crush graham crackers
- Add cream cheese (room temp) and combine
- Press mixture into pie pan - freeze
- In a large bowl, add all filling ingredients
- Blend til smooth with electric hand mixer
- Pour mixture over crust
- Chill til set
*Optional - Melt dark chocolate for drizzle and top with peanut butter chips
*Store in refrigerator
