It’s definitely worth celebrating!

Our Protizyme Peanut Butter Cookie adds a ton of flavor and the perfect protein boost!

Topped with a dark chocolate drizzle and peanut butter chips for the perfect crunch! Sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.


INGREDIENTS


Crust:

2 1/2 T fat free cream cheese (45g)

5 graham cracker sheets (4 squares each) (75g)


Filling:

1 scoop @metabolicnutrition Peanut Butter Cookie (35g)

1 package sugar free fat free vanilla pudding mix (24g)

6 T fat free cream cheese (90g)

2 T powdered peanut butter (12g)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240ml)


Optional Topping: (not included in macros)

Melted dark chocolate chips

Peanut butter chips


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Crush graham crackers 
  2. Add cream cheese (room temp) and combine 
  3. Press mixture into pie pan - freeze
  4. In a large bowl, add all filling ingredients
  5. Blend til smooth with electric hand mixer
  6. Pour mixture over crust
  7. Chill til set

*Optional - Melt dark chocolate for drizzle and top with peanut butter chips

*Store in refrigerator
