February is the month for all things chocolate! Trying to stay on track? You still deserve a sweet treat (or 9). That’s right!! Each truffle is under 70 calories and low in sugar. A soft, creamy center, covered in a dark chocolate shell and topped with sea salt for the perfect sweet and salty experience. Who needs a Valentine when you have truffles!?


  • 1 Scoop Protizyme Chocolate Cake Protein (35 g)
  • 6 Tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter (32 g)
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 3 Tbsp Coconut Flour (24 g)
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup (30 g)(calorie free)
  • 1/4 cup Canned Pumpkin (60 g)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • Dark Chocolate for Coating
  • Corse Sea Salt


  • Mix everything together, minus the dark chocolate
  • Chill batter
  • Roll batter into balls
  • Stick in freezer for a few minutes (easier to work with)
  • Melt chocolate (melt about 1/2 cup chips – won’t use it all)
  • Coat in chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt
  • Let cool to set
  • Store in refrigerator
