Fruit Loop Protein Pancakes 


Make breakfast fun!!

Our Protizyme Strawberry Creme goes great with Fruit Loops!  Or any fruity cereal for that matter!  It starts with a simple pancake recipe.  Add your favorite crushed cereal to the batter and more on top!  32 grams of protein and a colorful stack sounds like a good way to start the day!


Ingredients

1 scoop @metabolicnutrition Strawberry Creme Protizyme (35g)
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (113g)
1/4 cup whole wheat flour (30g)
2 Tbsp egg substitute (30ml)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract 

1/2 cup Fruit Loops cereal (14g)


Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except cereal
  2. Add crushed cereal to batter 
  3. Coat pan with non stick spray - cook on low to medium heat
  4. Eat as is or top with vanilla frosting and additional cereal 

Frosting made with whipped cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract (no exact measurements)
