Mini Powdered Donuts
Why have one donut when you can have ten?!
Yes, TEN Mini Powdered Donuts for under 400 calories.
Try coating them with cinnamon sugar or topping them with your favorite frosting!

Protizyme Vanilla Cake was used for this batch, but any of our six flavors would work great as well!
Ingredients:
1 scoop @MetabolicNutrition Vanilla Cake (35g)
1/4 cup whole wheat flour (30g)
2 T almond flour (14g)
1/4 cup canned pumpkin (60g)
2 T egg substitute (30g)
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (45ml)
1/4 t cinnamon
1/2 t baking powder
Powdered sugar for coating
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients until smooth
- Coat donut pan with nonstick spray (got it from @vonshef.us)
- Cook til done (about 5-8 minutes)
*Don’t have a donut pan - Bake as muffins or try in a waffle maker!
